Frequently Asked Questions

What is Sweet Bean made from?

Sweet Bean is a blend of four all-natural, plant-based sweeteners: Allulose, Xylitol, Stevia Leaf Extract, and Monk Fruit Extract. No artificial ingredients, no chemicals.

How do I use Sweet Bean in recipes?

Sweet Bean is a 1:1 sugar replacement. Use it exactly as you would sugar — same measurements, same recipes. It works in baking, cooking, beverages, and more.

Does Sweet Bean have an aftertaste?

No! Our proprietary blend is specifically formulated to eliminate the bitter aftertaste common in stevia and monk fruit sweeteners. Most people cannot tell the difference from real sugar.

Is Sweet Bean keto-friendly?

Absolutely. Sweet Bean has zero net carbs per serving, making it perfect for keto, low-carb, and Atkins diets.

Is Sweet Bean safe for diabetics?

Sweet Bean has a very low glycemic index and does not spike blood sugar the way regular sugar does. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider about dietary changes.

Can I bake with Sweet Bean?

Yes! Sweet Bean browns and dissolves like sugar. Cookies, cakes, muffins, sauces — it works in all of them.

Is Xylitol safe?

Xylitol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol found in many fruits and vegetables. It has been used safely as a sweetener for decades. Important note: Xylitol is toxic to dogs. Please keep Sweet Bean products away from pets.

How many calories does Sweet Bean have?

Only 6 calories per serving (2 teaspoons), compared to 32 calories in the same amount of sugar.

Where is Sweet Bean made?

Sweet Bean is blended and packaged in Utah.
