Sweet Bean Tips

  • Powdered sweetener: Add the desired amount of Sweet Bean Granulated Sweetener to a blender and blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Brown sugar style: Add ¾ Tbs warm molasses to 1 cup Sweet Bean Granulated Sweetener and knead by hand until a uniform consistency and colour results. This adds about 12g of sugar per cup — compare that to ~215g in a cup of regular brown sugar.
