Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for keto)
  • 1 cup Sweet Bean Granulated Sweetener
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  2. Cream together butter and Sweet Bean sweetener until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Sweet Bean Tip

Because Sweet Bean is a 1:1 sugar replacement, you don't need to adjust any measurements. These cookies will brown just like the original recipe!

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
